Human development courses are included in bachelor's and master's degree programs. They focus on the development of a child's personality as he or she progresses from infancy through early and later childhood. Topics include temperament, capacity to learn, family bonding, language and peer group relationships.
Successful courses require careful planning and continual revision. Consult with colleagues who have taught the same or similar courses to learn from their strategies and their general impressions of the students who typically take the course. If you are team-teaching, you and your teaching partner(s) should begin meeting well in advance to discuss course goals, teaching philosophies, course content, teaching methods, and course policies, as well as specific responsibilities for each instructor.

The main goal was to create web and video courses in all major branches of engineering and physical sciences at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels and management courses at the postgraduate level.
